Mayonnaise.* Some people love it. Others despise it.
I’m a fan of mayo. Especially when it’s homemade. It’s great for making the outsides of grilled cheese sandwiches crispy. Mix some mayo with softened cream cheese or sour cream and caramelized onions and you’ve got yourself the perfect accompaniment to crunchy kettle chips.
One day last week I was feeling downright crappy. I was on the brink of a really bad cold, my emotions were pretty low, and all I wanted to do was curl up in bed and have a Friends marathon. But I still had to get stuff done, which included picking up my daughter from school.
Sometimes I visit places to eat and I’m like, that place was just okay. Food was decent but not something I would go out of my way for.
Then there are places I try and I’m like, HOLY CRAP. I need to tell everyone about this. IT’S SO DAMN GOOD.
Chicken Holic is definitely one of the latter.
