Family Vacation 2017: Ohana

After the intense fun and craziness of Disneyland we headed to Washington State to visit my sister and her family. I can’t even tell you how relaxing and soul satisfying those two weeks were. We ate, we laughed, we visited other family members, we lounged. In the middle of our trip we headed north for a little camping, which I’ll share soon-ish. My heart was so full the entire time. It was the best.

Some of the places we visited and got food from included:

The Olympia Farmers Market – SAMPLES!

Tacos California  – Super affordable and crazy good burritos

Lattin’s Country Cider Mill – The most amazing apple fritters

Mayan Family Mexican Restaurant – Friendly service and huge portions

WET Science Center – FREE admission every day

The Back Door Bakery – OMG The custard pie is ridonkulous

Hands On Children’s Museum – Admission is FREE on the first Friday evening of every month

Billy Frank Jr. Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge – Simple, mostly flat trails

Mahalo nui loa to my sister and her family for hosting us. We love and miss you all so much.
