Ensaymadas were something from my childhood that I never thought I’d ever actually make. It was so easy to just buy some at the bakery. But then one day I made some. And let me tell you, they were as good as, if not better, than ones I’ve had before. I guess that’s the case for a lot of things you make yourself. There’s just something special about creating something with your own two hands.

These ensaymadas are highly addictive. Super soft bun with a buttery sweet top. Perfect for breakfast, a snack, or dessert.
