I’ve been so distracted with other stuff lately that I haven’t been paying attention to some important things.
And make these cookies.
- 1 cup Speculoos
- 1 cup nonfat dry milk
- 1/2 cup agave (can substitute honey)
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir together until combined.
- Using a small cookie scoop, scoop dough onto parchment lined baking sheet. With a fork, lightly press down the cookies, making a criss cross pattern.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving.
